Construction is in full swing and the new projects are increasingly unique and special, almost like works of art, designed with the special signature of each architect.
Walkability and neighborhood experience
This is the trend that will stand out the most in 2022 and in the design of real estate projects. Residents increasingly value the concept of a neighborhood, where they can leave their car and go about their daily lives on foot. A more sustainable, healthy, and economical experience.

The easing of restrictions on movement and international travel motivated international interest in Portugal. There were 37 nationalities with whom we closed business in 2021, in which the purchase of the national customer was consolidated and a new nationality emerged with several sales and special interest in the country, the Americans.
