In 2021, the predicted trends were confirmed: Increase in the presence of the national customer, demand for properties with more space and outdoor areas, increase in demand for properties in locations further away from urban centers and appreciation of the Alentejo Coast. The easing of restrictions on movement and international travel motivated international interest in Portugal. There were 37 nationalities with whom we closed business in 2021, in which the purchase of the national customer was consolidated and a new nationality emerged with several sales and special interest in the country, the Americans.<\/p>\n
