Comprovativo de rendimentos<\/h3>\n

O principal requisito para obter o Visto D7 \u00e9 comprovar que o requerente det\u00e9m um rendimento fixo mensal suficiente para suportar os custos de vida em Portugal, previstos na lei portuguesa, que lhe permitam a sua resid\u00eancia no pa\u00eds, bem como a estadia de dependentes que o acompanhem, pelo menos durante 12 meses. Estima-se que o custo de vida mensal em Portugal ronde os 1.500\u20ac.<\/p>\n

QUEM PODE SOLICITAR?<\/h3>\n

Qualquer nacionalidade (fora da Uni\u00e3o europeia) sem limite de idade. Qualquer fonte de rendimento que se enquadre no descrito em cima \u00e9 aceite desde que esteja dentro dos valores exigidos pelo Governo portugu\u00eas. \u00c9 ainda necess\u00e1rio apresentar cadastro criminal limpo.<\/p>\n

COMO SOLICITAR<\/h3>\n

O procedimento \u00e9 composto por duas fases: o interessado deve primeiro recorrer ao consulado ou embaixada de Portugal do pa\u00eds onde reside, onde ser\u00e1 emitido um visto tempor\u00e1rio com a validade de quatro meses (120 dias). Dentro desse per\u00edodo, o requerente dever\u00e1 viajar para Portugal e recorrer ao Servi\u00e7o de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF) para obter a o visto de resid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Reagrupamento familiar<\/h3>\n

Os familiares de uma pessoa com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia (obtida atrav\u00e9s do visto D7) tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam direito a autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es de resid\u00eancia, com base no estatuto do reagrupamento familiar.<\/p>\n

Validade<\/h3>\n

O Visto D7 permite obter uma autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia habitualmente v\u00e1lida por um ano, que pode ser renovada duas vezes a cada dois anos. Ao fim de cinco anos, este pode ser trocado por uma autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia permanente.<\/p>\n
